We are very certain on the attainment of high standards and expectations for each student in regard to academic performance, co-curricular participation, and responsible citizenship through extension services and collaborative participation in the community which are the selfless intentions of the campus for our clients. Full participation in academic and co-curricular programs and a willingness to act responsibly as an individual within our educational environment are the factors that we are considering right now which we believe the keys to success in the attainment of the University’s mission.

Message from the Director for Administrative & Financial Services Unit
It’s almost sixteen years since BatStateU-Rosario started its goal of reaching out to the people of Rosario and its nearby towns, namely: Taysan, Padre Garcia, San Juan and Ibaan. The objective of giving quality and affordable education was achieved and this is reflected on the quality of graduates that this extension campus had produced.
BatStateU-Rosario was blessed with competent and hardworking faculty members and staff. Through the leadership of the University President, Dr. Tirso A. Ronquillo, all the vice-presidents and the executive director of Rosario and San Juan, Atty. Edgard E. Valdez, all academic and administrative initiatives was conceptualized and accomplished to provide quality instruction and effective University services.
General Engineering started its existence in BatStateU Rosario since 1999. Through the years, the department, with its competent and dedicated faculty members and staff is continuously guided by the vision, mission and core values of the University. With the objective of developing competitive, career oriented and value laden future engineers, the department is true to its obligation of achieving the student’s career decisions. Graduate of engineering in BatStateU awaits very good career opportunities because of quality education that the University consistently provides.

Message from the Associate Dean, CABEIHM-Rosario
Come and join the Business Administration Program and learn the essence of becoming a student. Once enrolled you will be given three semesters to prepare and decide which major you would like to take. You can choose from Marketing Management, Human Resource Development Management or Financial Management. On the fourth semester you will be called a student –practitioner as you are entering your senior years. In this term, you’ll be wearing corporate uniform to help composed yourselves as young professional tycoons. In this stage, you will be enjoying personality package hence you are expected to be developed in communication, posture,and grooming.
The CABEIHM Department introduces you to the most equipped program in the region which produces graduates honed by good values and unique culture. Our college is supporting the country for creating business entrepreneurs embedded to students by competent teachers and modern facilities. Message from the Associate Dean
This college has already provided exceptional instructive service to the locality of Rosario, Batangas and environs since 1999. CIT offers a ladderized program geared toward Bachelor of Industrial Technology (BIT) which is designed to equip students with the principles and procedures of shop training and technology repair works on Automotive Technology, Computer Technology, Electrical Technology and Electronics Technology.
General education and industrial technology core subjects are taught to students through classroom lectures, practicum exercises and shop work. All throughout the course, students are also exposed to Industry Immersion (II) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) equivalent to 1000 hours and scheduled seminars about specialized topics and recent advances in the field of industrial technology.
Anyone who aspires to pursue this course must be at least a high school graduate or passer of Alternative Learning System (ALS) or Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) and has qualifications requisite by the university. Further, applicants should have strong technical skills, logical skills, problems solving skills, detail oriented, endurance, computer literacy and patience which are very vital to succeed.
Career opportunities await for BIT graduates include quality-assurance technician, drafter, industrial technologist, college or vocational instructor, cost estimator, safety coordinator, site supervisor, manager, call center agent, administrative staff and freelancer working online.
The university tracer study conducted recently revealed that most BIT graduates are in demand not only in our locality but also abroad particularly in the skilled workers sector, especially the Middle East, Canada, Australia and Singapore.
