Batangas State University has once again proved excellence in the field of mechanical engineering as it landed first in the list of top performing schools in the recently concluded Mechanical Engineering Licensure Examination held on February 2019, according to results from the Professional Regulation Commission.
119 out of 132 Red Spartan graduates passed the exam garnering a 90.15-percent passing rate, way above the 50.49-percent national passing rate.
Engr. Angelo Areta Imbo placed tenth among the newest batch of topnotchers after posting a passing rate of 89.60-percent.
BatStateU was hailed previously as the top performing school in the February 2018 ME Licensure Examination (99.15% passing rate against 47.05% national passing rate). Seven of its graduates entered the list of topnotchers then.
