“This gathering is a substantiation that we, the key players in CALABARZON, are on the right track. Through our continuous and collaborative efforts in the advancement of research, we move a big step closer in the attainment of an overall societal goal of inclusive growth and sustainable development not only in the region, but also in the national and global settings” said VP Amante as he emphasized the importance of such gathering.
The Regional Director for National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Region IV-A, Director Luis G. Banua then introduced the keynote speaker, Usec. Adoracion M. Navarro of NEDA.
