Senior and Junior Officials undergo Executive Training Program on Stress Management

To cultivate a dynamic university environment, the BatStateU Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) organized an Executive Training Program on Stress Management. BatStateU senior and junior officials attended the program which was held at Batangas Country Club, Batangas City on June 5, 2018.

In his message, BatSateU President Tirso A. Ronquillo acknowledged the determination HRM Office has shown to conduct such programs that will enhance the group dynamics among university officials. He shared that the topic Stress Management for the event, was very timely for the officials since the university is eyeing to surpass the upcoming AACCUP, ISO, and SUC Levelling accreditations for further improvement in the fields of academics and internationalization.

Dr. Milabel E. Ho, President of Western Mindanao State University served as the keynote speaker during the program. Dr. Ho lectured on Stress Management where she tackled the causes of stress and how to handle its pressure.

After the talk, Dr. Ho provided group dynamics for the participants to help them exhibit a sense of commitment and cooperation in different ways. These activities enabled the participants to develop as a team with a common goal and promote a friendly work lifestyle towards achieving maximum productivity.
